1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the judikiss platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to refrain from using the judikiss platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and judikiss as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes to the terms will be deemed automatic acceptance of the updated terms.
Judikiss reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest version in effect.
2. Account Registration & Security
- Users must be at least 18 years of age
- Only one account is permitted per individual
- All registration information must be accurate, complete, and current
- Users must be resident in or located within a jurisdiction that permits use of the platform
- Registration using a false identity is strictly prohibited
- Users are solely responsible for the security of their account password
- Judikiss will never ask for your password via email or live chat
- Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported immediately
- Judikiss is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to maintain the security of their account
- Two-factor authentication is strongly recommended for all accounts
3. User Responsibilities & Rules
Every judikiss user is responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Users agree not to use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to others.
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action: using automated software or bots to access the platform, attempting to hack or disrupt platform systems, sharing accounts with third parties, operating multiple accounts to circumvent betting limits, and any form of fraud or manipulation of the payment system.
Judikiss reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts, withholding balances linked to fraudulent activity, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the judikiss platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment methods used are legitimate, personally owned, and not shared with any third party.

Judikiss reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, to ensure security and prevent financial fraud. All bonuses received are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion and must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.
Any transaction suspected of being fraudulent or linked to money laundering will be blocked immediately and reported to the relevant financial authorities in Malaysia without prior notice to the user.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Judikiss is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses caused by technical disruptions, internet connection failures, data processing errors, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
All content, designs, logos, judikiss brand names, software, and technology used on the platform are the exclusive intellectual property of judikiss and are protected under applicable copyright law. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from judikiss.
The judikiss platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. judikiss has no control over the content of those websites and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of such third-party links. Users access those links entirely at their own risk.
6. Account Suspension, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Judikiss reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for valid operational or legal reasons. Users whose accounts are terminated due to fraud may not be eligible to recover any balance associated with that activity.
Judikiss reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
